Shipping Cost
Customers within the continental USA pay fixed insured shipping and handling charge.
S/H to HI, AK, Canada, military addresses, and US territories is $20 to $25 higher than S/H to continental US.
Buyers in Europe and Asia should expect to pay more. For example, S/H to UK is $50 or more than S/H to USA. Please email Customer Service at info@TiffanyDirect.com for a shipping quote.
Shipping Carriers
We normally ship via Fedex Ground to continental US, and insured USPS parcel post to all other destinations.
Please supply a physical shipping address for shipping. Fedex Ground does not ship to P.O. Box or military addresses.
Shipping Insurance
Unless you instruct otherwise, standard shipping insurance provided by Fedex Ground is included in the S/H quotes for up to $100 at

Other
We ship once to twice a week, and your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment.
Occasionally, such as in rough weather conditions, we postpone shipping and your order can be held for more than 5
business days.
