1. Are you selling original Tiffay lamps by Tiffany Studios N.Y. or reproduction Tiffany lamps?
We sell Tiffany style stained glass lamps.
2. Are the pictures the actual lamps that are for sale?
Most pictures are taken from actual lamps. Buyers often said that the actual lamp is nicer than what the picture shows.
We do use scanned catalog pictures at times. Please note that due to the handcraft nature of the manufacturing process, no
two lamps will be exactly the same and slight variation should be expected.
3. Are the lampshades made of glass?
The lampshades are made of stained glass. To see exactly how the glass is formed and how the lampshades are made, please

www.tiffanydirect.com/deco/shade.html. The stained glass windows and fireplace screens are made with the same process.
4. I sent you several emails. Why didn't I receive a reply?
We reply all emails except unwelcome and hostile ones. We usually reply emails within 24 hours and some times you can receive immediate reply.
However, you do need to make sure that your email addresses are working. Our email replied many times bounce back, with error messages stating that
the recipient email addresses are unknown or invalid. In addition, many recipients have spam filters that block our reply emails and/or
automatically send them to the bulk mail folder. If you do not receive a reply from us after several emails, please include a phone number in your
next email and we can give you a call.
5. What is your return and exchange policies?
Return must be made in 5 days after product is delivered. Buyer pays for return shipping and refund will not include original shipping and eBay fees. Returned items must be in its original condition with all original packing materials. If not, buyer agrees to pay for repacking cost when incurred. If item is damaged during return, buyer agrees that we do not need to send any refund and buyer will be responsible to file the claim with the shipper.

7. Do the hanging lamps come with plugs (swag)? Or are they wired and attached to a ceiling cap?
Our hanging lamps are hard-wired and come with a ceiling cap. You can easily convert them to swag lamps by
extending the chain and cord.
8. I'm looking for a particular Tiffany style lamp but you currently do not carry it. How do I get notified when you do?
Just send an email to Announce@TiffanyDirect.com. We'll be happy to notify you when
new styles are available. We do not share your email addresses with any other third parties.
9. What's the maximum wattage bulbs used for the lamps?
We recommend 60W for most lamps. However, many customers have used 100W bulbs with no problem.
10. How long is the chain for the hanging lamps?
The chain is approximately 25" long.
11. How quick do you ship?

12. Do you accept credit card orders over the phone?
At this time, we are not set up to accept credit card orders over the phone. However, we
do accept credit card purchase online via Paypal. You can also pay by cashier's check and
money order. We do plan to accept credit card directly in the near future.
