How to check your item status


Go to the account login page at /catalog/login.php. Alternatively, you can go to the catalog home page /catalog and then click on the My Account tab. The login web page is shown below.



Enter your email address and password to log in your account. The email address is the one that you used for your payment. If you forget the password, please click here for instruction to obtain a new password. The screen is a sample page after login.



In your login page (sample shown above), click View in the “Previous Order” box. Your order information page will display, like the sample below.



At the bottom of the Order Information page, you can find your FedEx tracking number. Click on either the product name or the tracking # (such as Victorian Hanging Lamp 16282h or 233656661030502 in the sample web page below), you will be led to the FedEx tracking website.

If you are not in the 48 continental states, you will be able to track the package this way. However, you will find the customs declaration # (when applicable) in the tracking field. Some times but not always, you can use the declaration # to find out the package status from your post office.
