Go to the login web page at /catalog/login.php. Click on the link Password forgotten? Click here. This link is located in “Returning Customer” box, below Password. A sample page is shown below.

The next page looks like the sample page below.

Enter the email address that you used for the payment and click “Continue”. A sample is shown below. A new password will be sent to your e-mail address immediately.

Afterwards, you will be taken to a new sign in page like the one below. Sign in with the new password that was sent to your email. After login, you can change your password.
